Behold the first dog to appear in The Cat Comic and, of course, there’s a cat pulling the strings just like in real life. Oh sure enough they want you to think that they’re scared of dogs but it’s all part of their masterplan. Insert diabolical laughter here.

I like it… reminds me a lot of the manipulative relationship of my parent’s cat’s and dog.
I think there are more cats getting the upper hand than the old Tom and Jerry cartoons would have us believe
